Return Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days after you have received the item. If 7 days have gone by since you have received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


If the jewelry proves to be defective in material or craftmanship, at our discretion we will issue a voucher for the value of the item (no cash back) OR fix them OR replace with the same or comparable product free of charge.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


To start your claim for return, please send us an email at, with the picture of the defective item and the photo of the receipt or proof of payment. We will react and respond your mail as soon as possible and will inform you with the address where to send your item or how to proceed.



Defective items can be replaced by us, within the conditions expressed on our Warranty conditions. PT Alma Mia Bali will not accept or process for incorrect purchase or change of mind.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately Sales items cannot be exchanged or refunded.



To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jalan Pengubengan gang Nakula No.1, Denpasar, JW, 80361, Indonesia, AFTER you received our confirmation by mail.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.You must use a trackable shipping system, so both parties can track any package sent by customers. PT Alma Mia Bali will not be responsible for any lost or delayed during shipping.
